Time for Pre-emergent application! I know it seems early but it’s time to think about pre-emergent herbicide (stopping seeds from germinating) for our lawns. Apply pre-emergent herbicide by February 15th for great results this spring.
For the all-natural folks, apply Corn Gluten Meal at a minimum rate of 20#’s per 1,000 square feet minimum. The synthetics include Hi Yield Turf & Ornamental Weed and Grass Killer for the grass weeds. Read and follow the directions on the bag for proper application rates.
